Rados Awarded Gardena Pumping Plant for LACSD

On October 22, 2024, Rados was low bidder on the Gardena Pumping Plant for LA County Sanitation District.  This project is valued at $52,390,000.  The work entails construction of a new pumping plant adjacent to an existing LACSD pumping plant.  The new facilities include a lift station with four submersible pumps, main pump station with wet well, dry well, superstructure, four pumps with VFD’s, bridge crane, electrical room, restroom, and electrical and control systems.  The new plant also includes an emergency generator, security cameras, sewer and junction structures as well as site and civil improvements.  Steve P.
