On December 14, 2022, Steve P. Rados, Inc. was low bidder on the Gisler-Red Hill Interceptor and Baker Force Main Rehabilitation for Orange County Sanitation District.
This Project, located within the city limits of Costa Mesa, CA, is $44,706,000.
OCSAN plans to rehabilitate the specified sections of the Gisler-Red Hill gravity system and tributary trunks using cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP).
Our work includes providing bypass systems, excavating temporary access pits, new permanent manholes, rehabilitation of some existing manholes, manhole access improvements and traffic control. Also, rehabilitation of Baker Force Mains using glass reinforced cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP). The work includes excavating access pits with dewatering, replacement of access vaults, and traffic control. At main street pump station, the project will replace valving, piping and associated supports as well as replacement of exterior valve vaults.
